I recently submitted a claim with the CFPB, asking that they look into the information that Transunion is reporting. This was probably the laziest " investigation '' I have come across! Transunion responded to my complaint with the word " updated '' next to each item of the disputed information. Yet, the disputed items still remain inaccurate and unverified! I demand a reinvestigation and I do not consent to E-Oscar! Transunion obviously has no respect for my privacy! Transunion never addressed not responding to my disputes upon confirmation that they were received via USPS tracking. Transunion did not address my right to privacy being violated by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Transunion never addressed how these companies obtained my nonpublic personal information such as my social security number and other personal details which I did not provide them with or consent to them having! Transunion did not address how XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX No acct number ) ; XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX never gave me the opportunity to opt out of consumer reporting. If I established a relationship with these financial institutions, where is the adequate clear and conspicuous disclosure notice that was allegedly signed upon establishing the relationship!? Transunion did not address how the information is inconsistent with other major credit reporting agencies. Who is right, who is wrong? If Transunion can not provide me with physical proof establishing 100 % accuracy of their reportings, they ned to delete the information! Lastly, Transunion did not address the incorrect payment data for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, Do not delete these two accounts, just update the payment information to on-time, being that I did not miss any payments! Overall, updating information is not proof of an investigation! There were serious claims that they did not address or provide me proof of.
