I've filed this same complaint multiple times. It does belong to them. This company promised me that if I paid off a debt that my score would increase by at least XXXX points it did not when I paid off this debt a debt which was not mine a debt which no one could prove to me was mine legitimately no 1 could send me paperwork no 1 could do anything to prove that this was my get yet I paid it off because I was promised an increase in my score by at least XXXX points I watched a man get XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I'm trying to get out of this neighborhood I'm trying to buy a house that is why I paid off the debt so I could get the increase of the XXXX points They have not done what they said they were going to do I want them held accountable Only positive things have occurred on my credit report in the last 5 years and my score only goes down my Income to debt ratio is 7 % there are no collections there are no new hard inquiries almost everyone 's about to fall off my installment loan is up-to-date this is insane I am being targeted I want being targeted I want them to do what they said they were going to do. I You've talked to text so sorry you might need to decipher some of this because this is like the 5th year that I've been doing this with you guys so I'm tired of checking for typos for you
