I have disputed this debt several times. They are in violation of my privacy rights {$1000.00} violation Pursuant to 15usc1681b no permissible purpose, falsely placing on consumer report is grounds for imprisonment and or {$1000.00} per violation 15usc1681a ( i ) ( 2 ) medical hippa violation, It should only be discussed between consumer and facility {$1000.00} violation. I have never ever owed any debts to a hospital. They can't prove the visit when I requested it, so how are they saying this is my debt?? >
