I have been contacting this company each month since XXXX. I have contacted XXXX and XXXX as well. I have notified ALL parties of the inaccurate reporting and they have failed to remove the information from my credit reports or even attempt to fix the error. I have attached a copy of the reporting to this complaint. As you can see they are reporting the account in dispute but have failed to correct any errors, in turn compromising my credit profile. This company has failed to report my last reported credit limit on this account. The high balance can't be determined. the dates for last activity are inconsistent, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The balance owed is significantly higher than the past due balance and this account has been closed over six years, so the past due amount and amount owed should be the same. Monroe and Main is also reporting to XXXX that this is an unsecured loan and reporting to XXXX that it is a charge account. This account is reporting inaccurately per state and federal laws and not reporting up to credit reporting standards per the Consumer Reporting Resources Guide. Monroe and Main have failed to report mandatory information such as my last credit limit.
