XXXX XXXX inaccurately reported a late payment of 30 days for XX/XX/2022 on my credit reports. I disputed the late payment with XXXX and Transunion. The disputes resulted in XXXX XXXX updating to reflect paid on time with all 3 bureaus to include XXXX. In XXXX however, both Transunion and XXXX again inaccurately reported the late payment. Transunion reported it again as 30 days late and XXXX reported it as 60 days late this time with both being inaccurate. XXXX still shows the account as never late although it is now closed which is accurate. I disputed the items again with both Transunion and XXXX using information furnished to XXXX from the creditor themselves that shows {$0.00} past due in the month of XXXX as well as no activity indicator of any payments past due. Both XXXX and Transunion still refuse to update my credit report accordingly. I requested a copy of the information furnished to Transunion in response to my dispute regarding the late payment reported and a representative explained to me they don't get involved or ask for any proof. They only ask the company to verify whether or not is true and if the company says it is verified they will not remove it. I filed a complaint with the CFPB which is now closed. Transunion stated they updated the account in the conclusion however nothing has been updated. They stated they removed a name which they did not and that does not address the issue that I have. I have the payment history report that XXXX XXXX furnished to the credit bureaus which shows amount past due for the reported late payment as {$0.00} because there were no amount past due. There also is no activity indicator of a late payment on the payment history report that XXXX XXXX provided. Transunion refuses to update my credit report according to the payment history report provided from XXXX XXXX which I forwarded over to Transunion.
