After visiting a furniture store on XX/XX/22 and becoming aware that Clarity Services exists I attempted to obtain a copy of my consumer report. They have refused to provide me with the consumer report unless I provide them with my entire identity, driver 's license, social security card and proof of residency via mail or fax. I find this to be highly unethical and negligent business practice as well as a violation of my right according to the FCRA. To send my entire identity would be irresponsible and negligent on my behalf. This is sensitive information being requested by a third party.
