First National Bank of Ohama is reporting late payments on my credit reports due to a transfer of accounts from XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card. According to First National Bank this transfer happen in XXXX of 2022. I was not aware from both banks of the transfer of accounts. Please keep mind during my time with XXXX XXXX I was never late with a payment because my account was on automatic payment from my checking account. The only way that I found out of the transfer because I answered a XXXX phone number that ask me personal questions of a account for XXXX XXXX XXXX Of course I did not give out personal information unless the company told me information about me. When First National Bank of Ohama gave me the information needed then we began to speak about the account. Please keep in mind of identity thief for giving out information to a company I never agreed to do business with. I spoke with XXXX the supervisor at First National Bank of Ohama and told XXXX I was not aware of the transfer process between XXXX XXXX and the late payments should be removed. The payment was for XXXX dollars and I immediately paid that amount. The Fair debt credit reporting act give me the right to issue this complaint or take legal actions due to unfair practices by Fair National Bank of Ohama. Once the bank took over the account the automated payment should have been included during the process. Please understand, I am a consumer and have rights for fair reporting. If this transfer would have happen with notice and a new issued card to the address on file then this complaint would have never happen.
