I am an XXXX XXXX service member and have a XXXX and XXXX card with American Express. I previously sent a complaint on here that they were not honoring the Military Lending Act portion of the Service Members Civil Relief Act. After contacting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau they correct the error with the XXXX card and return the fees and interest associated with it. I contacted them to do the same with the XXXX XXXX and they are giving me the same run around they did with the XXXX. I've messaged on their chat feature and spoken on the phone with the representatives and nothing has changed.
