In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act my rights have been violated. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed some unauthorized accounts on my credit report. Under 15 USC 1681A 3, this role was assumed without permission nor my consent. My right to privacy was neglected and not respected which is under 15 USC1681A 4. You did not exercise your grave responsibility, you were unfair, you were partial. You were never given permissible purpose under 1681B 2. I never instructed anyone to furnish or create this report
