I drove a XXXX, and was almost a fatal The car was totaled in XXXX I paid my XXXX $ deductible and my insurance XXXX didnt pay my creditor Ally financial They didnt pay them, because they havent receive any power of attorney signed and notarized by me and send to them They never told me anything about the power of attorney nor called me For me the case was closed I went to buy a car, I was prequalified, and didnt get approved, because of my bed credit score due to Ally financial that declare that I was delinquent in payment and have XXXX $ debts I dont have any debts nor delinquency I paid my deductible and my insurance and creditor didnt do their job I cant buy a car no rent nor anything Please take care of this injustice They destroyed my life I beg you help me I need a place to live and a car to go to my work
