I sent out a request to Experian which they received on XX/XX/2022 to BLOCK and delete the transactions on my consumer report are identified as identity theft. I explained in my letter in detailed that my request to block was NOT made in error, my request to block information was NOT based on a material misrepresentation, as well as the information identified is not information relating to any transaction by me the consumer. They sent me a letter via E-mail which is attached. that they are denying my request to block and delete these transactions because of one or more of the following reasons below : 1 ) your request to block was made in error, 2 ) or, your request to block information was based on a material misrepresentation, 3 ) or, you knowingly obtained or should have known that you obtained possession of goods, services, or moneys as a result of one or more of the transactions that you are seeking to block. so I called them and explained I specifically wrote this is my original letter sent out to EXPERIAN as well as what steps did Experian and these companies took to VERIFY THAT I ACTUAL HAVE THE POSSESSION of these items. how can they prove this? XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX AND EXPERIAN keeps reporting this information which I also never gave them permission for. How are they verifying that i am NOT a victim of identity theft. when I am a victim of identity theft! I called serval times and spoke to different Experian representatives and said they can not continue to report this information on my consumer report and they said they can because the companies verified that this is accurate? HOW? how can they determine that this is NOT identity theft when I'm making a COMPLAINT that this is identity theft. This request was not made in error. Please i attached a FTC report my driver license! Please delete
