I received a notification from XXXX, XXXX, Equifax that collection from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$140.00}. I have sent out a 609 letter which is a debt verification letter to the company and I have received no response in 60 days. Furthermore, the collection is showing as an open account on my credit, this is a direct violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act. I am therefore exercising my right under FCPA to XXXX, XXXX and Equifax to delete collection immediately or I will be suing within 30 days.
