XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported 3 accounts in my name which I have never owned. I don't have anything else fraudulent that could indicate identity theft. I have never lived in Texas or had direct family living there. I have disputed the information twice with Experian and they say they have verified the validity of the account, I don't see how they can if I have never opened these accounts. Do they just go by the world of the creditor? The creditor should have to prove that I really did open the account. I have never even lived in Texas!
