Since helping a friend and cosign for a car, I've noticed my credit has plunged. Payments are up to date and paid on time if not well in advance and over the actual payment needed. After investigating further into this, I was made aware that only three of nine payments made are being reported to credit score. I have tried everything to get off this loan, refinance, trade, simply take my name off and everywhere says the same. North state acceptance is not reporting to credit and I am simply stuck at this company and at their discretion which is illegal.
