Their website does not allow for homeowners to indicate where funds should be assigned to. I have been paying a little over my monthly dues and as of today my principals has not changed, I'm seeing a negative escrow answer when I asked to speak to some today, XX/XX/15 @ XXXX ( XXXX ) I ended having to deal with an arrogant, immature representative who placed ne on a long hold so that I could hang up. This is always the situation with Selene. Their Representatives are rude, disrespectful and never want to assist. I would like a payment analysis and an escrow analysis as well as a principal analysis as I have strong feeling that they are not putting any money towards my loan. When I asked the representative to plenot speak over me and to allow me to speak she hung up the phone.
