I received a bill ( account number XXXX ) and immediately called XXXX XXXX to ask them to bill my insurance ( which was phone recorded by XXXX health and can be verified by them ), they then billed my insurance with a different account number ( XXXX ) and sent me the bill which I paid and received confirmation from XXXX that i have a {$0.00} balance with them. Again, all this can be verified by them and their phone recordings Billings and receipt of payment. I do not owe any debt. Please verify this true information with XXXX XXXX.
