I am having trouble believing that an investigation was done regarding an account I disputed with the credit bureaus. There was a personal statement on my credit report acknowledging that the account was disputed and verified, but I have yet to receive anything validating this account. The account that I am requesting to be deleted is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I've never had an account with this company. The balance that is reporting on my credit report is not the correct balance that I have with the original creditor. I am demanding the removal of this account until further investigation is done. Please provide the original contract where it includes XXXX XXXX XXXX as the company to remit payment to. Also inform me of the amount of which the debt was purchased. If you can not provide this information, please remove this permanently from my credit report. I have attached a screenshot of my credit report where it was updated stating that it was verified yet no sufficient documentation has been sent to me. It has been well over 60 days. Please remove this from my credit report.
