I have a charged off account from XXXX on my credit report that should have been removed from my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX. The account was first reported in XX/XX/XXXX so it is now well over 7 years old. Experian is the only credit reporting company that continues to report this account. XXXX and XXXX have removed it. This account was first reported delinquent in XX/XX/XXXX and I have disputed the account since day 1 as I have never lived at the address reporting the charges. The account shouldve been removed from my credit report in XXXX but Experian had refused to even let me dispute it. This is violating my rights under the FCRA and I intend to seek legal action against Experian if this is not corrected immediately.
