A bank listed us taking out a mortgage instead we took a Home equity loan. The bank listed with three different account on our credit files, one of wich was home owner mortgqge. Sumitted information concerning the error to Equifax, It was overlooked, also in XXXX EQUIFAX listed another Home Owner 's mortgage infomation in our credit files. On XX/XX/XXXX sent a letter about these problems they continued to ignore after I ask to remove this error. We were listed with Three accounts, Convenital, Re-finance, Home Owner Mortgage Loans. In XXXX, we purchased a Home Equity Loan, and we have singed only one mortgage loan in our lifetime which was FHA loan paid and close before applying for Home Equity Loan. No psitive Results. We have been deined credit reports since XXXX.
