In XXXX of XXXX I sold my property and moved to another county. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and Lueder Larkin & Hunter, LLC continue to bill me for alleged fees accrued after the sale of my property. I have disputed the debt with both aforementioned entities and have received no response. I have not received any communication about an alleged debt, but instead the property manager of the property I sold contacted me to advised Lueder Larkin & Hunter, LLC was attempting to serve me at his address. The property manager advised me that he advised Lueder Larkin & Hunter, LLC on XX/XX/XXXX that I did not reside at his address. Lueder Larkin & Hunter used a fraudulent affidavit of service in order to get a default judgement for a debt I do not owe at an address that I do not live.
