What caused me to get behind on my mortgage payments was you HOME POINT FINANCIAL never allowed me to make or would receive my trail payments, see attachment dated : XX/XX/2020, and BLOCKED me from any online access even to this date. I dont get it I am a US Veteran of the XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) Honorably Discharge with XXXX, married with XXXX children ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to care for. My income is stable I am more than capable of making my mortgage payments. I am resubmitting another Mortgage Assistance Application and compelled to file a Complaint to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and/or to the Veteran Affairs on my VA mortgage loan to resolve this matter with all my correspondences that you ignored in order to reconcile your error of an approved loan modification. DO YOU TREAT ALL U.S. VETERANS THIS WAY?
