XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Has failed to correct and report proper payment status and balance of this account to my detriment. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX as well as XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX they have failed to fully report the status and balance of this account. Omitting this information has resulted in positive payment History creditors dropping me from making any withdrawals as these omissions are reporting as unknown and presumed as missed payments. I have settled this account with XXXX XXXX and they continue to report incomplete information. After settling this account they reported this account with a new major delinquency XX/XX/XXXX to the credit bureaus after agreeing to report the account as Paid/Settled Charge Off this creditor is spiteful and unjust even after I elected to settle the account in good faith. Even now they will not report the original balance, the date closed, past due amount which should say {$0.00}, or date of last activity. I have been told by XXXX XXXX that the new reports would be correct and after disputing with the bureaus they refuse in an effort to harm my odds of homeownership or favorable credit scores they have failed to report accurate and complete information numerous times please delete this account from all bureaus.
