I have several accounts that, I sent in dispute for, and the XXXX credit reporting agencies are avoiding me and my letters, its been over 90 days, any they haven't responded to any or my letters about those negative accounts on my credit reports. I cant handle this situation anymore, could you please make them respond to the disputes and remove those items that they failed to challenge within 30 days, they also are not notating the accounts are being disputed in the comments section of each account. I declare under penalty of perjury ( under the laws of the United States, if executed outside of the United States ) that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Further, I certify that I am permitted by FEDERAL and STATE LAW to file this dispute. I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 U.S.C. 1001. Additionally, these misstatements are punishable as perjury under 18 U.S.C. 1621. This item found within my credit report is not related to any transaction that I made. I am alleging that a person or company- without my authorization- used my personal identifying information to apply for goods, services, or money ; and was successful in creating this account. This debt collector is in violation for putting this unknown account on my credit report. This has caused me to suffer and its defamation of my character.
