Hi was in touch with Director of Mortgages XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX to be notified of rates based on my income. I confirmed to him that the information would be used from a soft inquiry on my credit information. However when I was notified by XXXX XXXX that a hard check took place by his companys third party vendor XXXX, I was unable to get a resolution for removing the inquiry from him, his staff, or other credit solution contacts he referred me to. It has been several months with no resolution or action done by his team to resolve this non-consensual hard check on my information.
