I have great credit history and have scores I pulled yesterday of XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. when I was having a lender check Credit Bureaus for Refiance of a Rental Investment Property, they used XXXX scores of XXXX, XXXX and XXXX when I have paid my only mortgage showing on my credit bureau successful with no negatives. Why do they continue to use these low figures? They are a privately run group vs looking out for consumers and work with Lenders to get the most money they can. there are no breaks due to XXXX either with helping. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX with good credit and Social Security XXXXRental Income and should be able to refiance my Investment property.
