This is not a duplicate and is being filed by myself, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX filing this complaint because my mortgage loan was not approved by the bank because of this account opened in my name due to identity theft. I did not open this fraudulent credit card account opened by by a person with the name XXXX with XXXX Bank. This was already investigated by the XXXX Police Department back in XXXX it was concluded that this account was not opened by me at that XXXX XXXX XXXX my identity. This account is still showing active on my Experian credit report which automatically denied my mortgage application. I am not responsible for this account because it was opened fraudulently and this account needs to be removed from my credit report.
