Company is TransUnion. On XXXX I called them to lift a fraud alert on my credit file. The representative first insisted that there was no fraud alert on my file, and kept reading from a script. I knew that was incorrect. He then said there IS a fraud alert on my account, and I reiterated that I wish him to remove it. He returned to his script which was unresponsive, and when I tried to stop him to get him to do what I had asked, he left me hanging for XXXX minutes and then discounted the call. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my XXXX years of life. In addition, and perhaps less importantly, it took XXXX minutes of inputting all requested data in response to multiple prompts before I was able to reach a representative.
