In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act fair credit reporting act 12USC 1681, Account # XXXX XXXX days late I have submitted letter from Mortgage Company never late, still will not report accurate. I have called, submitted online and certified mailed letter from XXXX mortgage showing proof that my account has never been late and should be reporting accordingly. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section XXXX : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Also according to 15 USC 6802. No financial institution is not supposed to share my information to third party people
