Was offered points for charging {$2000.00} on the card in 3 months Started using the card as soon as I received in the mail which was XX/XX/XXXX annual charge for use of card was charged XX/XX/XXXX assumed had until XX/XX/XXXX to charge because this was not clear But while using the card out of town I attempted to use the card and got a not authorized notice so assumed I had reached my balance of {$2000.00} and met the requirements Unfortunately when I returned from my trip I had a XXXX in the family then XXXXXXXX XXXX I then just contacted them looking for my points and were told above When contacted them were told no it started XX/XX/XXXX? and sorry It would be extremely difficult to charge on a card when I dont have it in my possession
