PARAGON REVENUE GROUP Contacted me in regards to two hospital bills with past due deductibles. I gave them my Veterans insurance information for them to submit claims for payments as well as previously providing the hospital the same information. Ive also contacted the VA to ensure payments would be made on my behalf. The PARAGON REVENUE GROUP continued to contact me by phone and mail with no indication of insurance updates and they have now reported the past due bill to the credit reporting bureaus. By law, the treating hospital must submit claims for payments to the VA in a timely manner ( within 90 days of discharge from the treatment facility ). XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has a history of failing to submit claims to the VA and the employees dealing with insurance continually have issues with the proper entry in their system.
