My federally protected consumer rights have been obviously violated, according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act sections : [ 15 U.S.C. 1681 ] ( a ) ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the consumers right to privacy.
