I had a vehicle financed through CIG Financial. The vehicle was totaled in an accident but the balance owed was paid off by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am attempting to get the account on my 3 credit reports taken off because theyre reporting it as a charge off & as a collections. Additionally, they are reporting different information to the 3 credit bureaus ; which I attached a screen shot of all 3 reports. ( 1 ) My XXXX report shows a derogatory mark but that doesnt show on the other two reports. ( 2 ) One shows a charge off and no payment, and ( 3 ) one shows collections ; which did NOT happen, and isnt reported on the other 2 reports.
