To Whom It May Concern : I Consumer XXXX am writing this letter in an effort to remove inaccurate information that has been falsely placed upon my credit report. The following information placed on my file has seriously burdened my consumer credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation and personal characteristic. Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act,15 U. S. C. 1681 ( b ) it is imperative that credit bureaus maintain and report accurate information. The above account was classified as a discharge, therefore XXXX XXXX was compensated for the alleged loss through tax credits. Thus, this information should be removed IMMEDIATELY. In addition, XXXX XXXX has violated the FDCPA by sending incomplete debt collection validation information.
