Im a victim of balance billing my XXXX. I had services done through XXXX XXXX of XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX 39501.They sent me a bill for the remainder balance of a service that was not fully paid by XXXX 's XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after the service was paid by XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX called XXXX several XXXX before about the issue with XXXX XXXX sending me a remainder bill of services rendered allowed charges through the state XXXX contract XXXX I also called XXXX billing about this issue recently and was told there was no balance. I believe this is because they sold it to Head Mercantile Co IncXXXX Today, I received notification from my XXXX that head XXXX XXXX reported this balance bill as collections on my credit report. I have tried to dispute matter. XXXX they said they took care of any bills remaining and should have not been billed, This is the 5th time I've tried to take care of this matter. Open date of collection was XX/XX/2020 and was reported XX/XX/XXXX i believe could be wrong.. XXXX didn't remove bill from account and head mercantile purchased this bill. They have now reported this to my XXXX as collections..NO bill notices were sent. I called XXXX today they said there should be any bill sent to me and Ive opened a grievance. This is illegal to balance bill a XXXX patient, even managed care XXXX, in the state of Mississippi. THEY have never sent a bill in mail paper.
