Commercial Acceptance Company, XXXX Latest communication is a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. This company has repeatedly called me and now have sent a letter demanding I pay a medical bill that has already been paid for by my medical insurance company. I repeatedly stated to this company that the company that hired them, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, has received payment as of XX/XX/XXXX for an ambulance ride on XX/XX/XXXX, which they were charging to the wrong insurance company. I communicated with them, the ambulance company and my insurance company and it was the error of the ambulance company. However, this debt collector continues to call me. I am XXXX, with several debilitating conditions and receiving these communications has significantly increased my XXXX and affected my health negatively. I last received a phone call around the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX to which I contacted again my insurance company and they noted the bill from the ambulance company had been paid in full. I received a letter today, XX/XX/XXXX again stating I owe this debt that has already been paid.
