I am writing today because my identity was stolen and used not once but twice. I received notice from a company called RECEIVABLES PERFORMANCE claiming I owe {$700.00} XXXX. I immediately reached out to RECEIVABLES PERFORMANCE in XXXX and XX/XX/2022 and explained that I did not open an account with them or their affiliates and that there was some mistake. XXXX XXXX requested I send a fraud dispute letter in writing and a XXXX would contact me regarding the unauthorized accounts. As of today RECEIVABLES PERFORMANCE has not responded to my fraud request or given me any helpful information to help me. This companies have ignored me and my rights and reported this account to the credit bureaus. I have reached Out to the credit bureaus and they are holding an investigation. I have also filed a police report with my local authorities regarding this matter.
