I tried applying for a extension of credit and I tried to open a bank account and I can not because there is a fraud alert and or freeze on my consumer report that I called in and asked transunion to remove they refused to remove it and told me I need to write them a letter to have it removed. I wrote them a letter that was mailed on XX/XX/22 asking them to remove the fraud alert. It is still on my consumer report. And Transunion owes me for previous violations.
