There is a missing connection between the bureau and the Experian platform. The Experian platform is showing my discover card as closed. However, it is still open and paid down to {$28.00}. I got my Experian credit report and it is reporting to my credit report, and it used to be reporting to the Experian Platform, but after I paid it off last month on XX/XX/XXXX, the platform closed my XXXX account. I disputed the matter and called them several times to re-open my XXXX card on the platform, but no one is helping me. I asked them to verify my XXXX card as open and they did and said they couldn't help me with why it wasn't showing on the platform. This is hurting me as I apply for loans/ lines of credit, because only half of my available credit limit is showing, less cards are appearing on my account, and my total usage doubled with my XXXX XXXX no longer reporting. The Experian bureau also isn't reporting my XXXX XXXX XXXX card to the Experian platform. My XXXX XXXX XXXX is worth {$500.00} and is reporting to Experian 's bureau, and even XXXX XXXX at this point, but Experian again is not showing my open XXXX XXXX XXXX Card Account on their platform. The XXXX Account Report number is XXXX, Account Number XXXX, and was submitted on XX/XX/2022. The XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number is XXXX and is showing on the XX/XX/2022 dispute as well. My student loans are also showing inaccurately as defaulted on the Experian platform. The Experian Bureau resolved my dispute and corrected deleted the three student loan payments off my credit report. Yet the Experian Platform is still showing those loans as a defaulted payment. XXXX and XXXX have both deleted the incorrect default student loan payments and brought my account up to current as well. Again, its just Experian 's platform with all the inaccurate information that is unfairly negatively affecting my credit and current credit opportunities because of inaccurate reporting.
