Hi, I've been trying to perform a online dispute of my Experian Credit report for over 5 years, and I always get the same error technical error. I have already contacted all departments by phone, and letters have been sent, no matter what browser, device, time of day, I get the error saying that for security reasons I can not file disputes online. I believe that my right to have a correct credit report is being usurped from me, and it's is not legal. I have spoken with tech support numerous times, and the only thing they can do is recommend that I open my disputes over the phone or by letter. I need my account to be verified by a competent sector, I need a resolution to this problem. I'm attaching an image of the error, and my credit report for the location of my files. I've already helped my friends play online with Experian, and they don't get this error, only me. I would like to have a resolution that this error persists with me for over 5 years, and I need a technical solution. Docs attached.
