I went online applied for a XXXX loan was offered XXXX secured oelr XXXX unsecured. The agent I spoke with XXXX on the XXXX of XXXX had XXXX upload my info in the system and also email my tax return and stated they would call me back and failed to do so. I called the branch this morning and was told they are short staffed and he'll get around to it when he can my another rep. I called the corporate phone number and spoke with a representative and explained that I hadn't got a answer back if I was approved. She said you were for XXXX but give me a min. Then connected me with XXXX who also had me re-upload my info and stated she would look over and call me back. I called back about XXXX and was stated you were not approved. Because Onemain had used my credit card to enter into a transaction with me and failed to do so they violated 15 U S Code 1602g,1602p, 1681n, and 1681o
