Fraudulent charges. XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX TX {$94.00} Thursday, XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$94.00} I am also unable to use my account and they are changing me interest on the fraudulent charge. I have attempted to call multiple times no one answers, I have sent a request via online- no response and have tried to reach out via social media and private message and was only told to call. They claim they were not hacked but a large group of us were met with fraudulent charges on our accounts during the system upgrade and there has been no assistance for Bread / Comenity.
