Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/2022, I depositeda a check for {$7000.00} XXXX funds in my account. I knew that it would need to go through collection which can take 6 weeks. After 7 weeks. I called to find out the amount of the deposit in US funds. I was told that it might take 8 weeks. At 9 weeks I called again and was told that they meant 8 weeks from my phone call. On XX/XX/XXXX the XXXX bank paid the check. It still has not been deposited to my account at Truist Bank.
