Good Afternoon, This complaint is being filed under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. It has come to my attention that Debt Collector LVNV Funding LLC, has unlawfully filed a lawsuit against me without notification and/or justification on or about XX/XX/XXXX. The debt that this debt collector is trying to collect is a Fraudulent account in the amount of {$3700.00} opened per my credit report on or about XX/XX/XXXX. This is not my debt it is Fraudulent account. LVNV has never made contact with me of any kind with regard to this debt. LVNV placed this debt on my credit report numerous times only to remove it when I dispute it and place it back on again, the most recent reporting to my credit report is on XX/XX/XXXX, after LVNV filed its lawsuit. LVNV has continued to harass me in trying to collect on this debt by continuously placing the debt on my credit reports without any contact or notification with me, and now without notification and/or justification has filed a lawsuit.
