I would like to make a lump sum payment of $ XXXX $ XXXX and recast the loan. Asked Planet Home Lending on XX/XX/2022 through email. Since than, send 3 more emails to follow up. Each time they said they forwarded my requested to related party/department and waiting answer. I have a feeling that they are doing this intentionally and causing me to loose money.
