I'm a victim of identity theft and on XX/XX/2022, I submitted a letter to all 3 credit reporting agencies XXXX, Equifax and XXXX disputing a XXXX account that was opened fraudulently. I sent a letter requesting that the credit reporting agencies investigate this matter along with my police report, my FTC report and verification identification. XXXX deleted the account as well as XXXX and Equifax. XXXX and Equifax proceeded to put the account back on my credit after the deletion. I contacted both and asked how did they decided to add this fraudulent account back on my credit profile, and I was told " because the creditor state that it was mine '' and that the creditor did not have to submit any verification documentation. This is unfair, because the credit bureaus have a vested interest, they are paid by the creditors to report information, therefore, the creditors can say and report anything. Please investigate and remove the fraudulent account from my credit profile. I have attached my supporting documentation. Thank you
