My account was compromised on XX/XX/2022 My account contact information was changed. A XXXX account was made and 2 {$500.00} transactions were taken from the account. I contacted the bank the account was frozen until I was told I needed to go to the bank in person and order to have it unfrozen. On XX/XX/2022 I received another email that my contact information had been changed again and two more XXXX accounts were set up. I went to the bank and spoke with XXXX XXXX, explaining to him the situation we closed the original account opened a new one as well as changing the username and passwords. The two {$500.00} transactions were refunded to the account. On XX/XX/2022 the account contact information was changed once again. I called the fraud hotline they said that the only thing they would be able to do for me would be to change my information back. On XX/XX/2022 another notification was emailed to me that my contact information was changed again. I went to the XXXX XXXX sheriff 's department and filed a complaint on XX/XX/2022.
