I applied for a mortgage with Sun West Mortgage via XXXX XXXX XXXX ID XXXX. XXXX denied my application to submit to underwriting stating I did not meet FHA guidelines because I did not have a home I own and will be renting out via a lease appraised and that should could not accept the lease I had. Per FHA guidelines a current lease can be used to estimate rental income. XXXX is not an underwriter so she should not be preventing people from applying for FHA loans. I am now at risk of my contract falling through due to her and her companies negligence and incompetency.
