I have contacted Equifax 3 times to remove 3 incorrect inquiries which they would not I was instructed by multiple supervisers that if I filed a complaint with the FTC and sent this and my driver 's license, letter of instruction and social security card in via fax, they would remove these. I have attached a receipt from the fax service showing successful delivery to Equifax on XX/XX/2022. As I provided what Equifax asked me for, they are violating my rights and also violating the FCRA as well.
