I have been getting the runaround from Selene Finance since XXXX of XXXX. My loan was transferred from XXXX to Selene Finance. I have a previous complaint against Selene : no XXXX. Unfortunately, the issues have not been resolved. On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I received loan modification docs with my Ex-Wife 's name. I sent Selene an email to notify them of the error. They asked that I send them a copy of the quitclaim and divorce decree. I sent it close to 10 times, and they've denied receipt for the past three months. I had to file a complaint for them to honor the original modification agreement with XXXX. However, I called today, and they informed me I would have to begin the process over. They did not provide any sound or logical reason.
