Credit Report has inaccurate information because Co-Borrowers Age reported is incorrect, also report shows legal name as aka/nickname both shows different names from the legal name. Also Incorrect Dates of resident address times/dates discrepancies, errors modification on account not correct facts. Per 15 U.S.C. 1681 A. States, I have the right to privacy and accurate information on the credit reports and should not and can not modify information on the credit reports. I personally made several attempts to make payment arrangements to satisfy this account but after personally going to the bank in person after waiting for XXXX a bank representative asked me to come back later or someone would contact me from the bank, after making several attempts to speak to a bank representative regarding making some kind of payments arrangements and also need to dispute the Overdraft Charges because the amount owed was incorrect, but no one ever contacted me to settle this matter, Did not know my account was sent to a creditor that closed account years ago without my acknowledgment nor did not contact me to make any kind of payment arrangements. So I'm requesting this account to be removed and deleted from my credit report. The creditor never contacted me which violated my rights to privacy. [ see attachment of an original copy of credit report highlighted with circles for an explanation as above explained for each account. * Inaccurate information with errors, Address Discrepancy : A substantial difference occurred, info not correct on the credit report.
